Think of a check-up as a health MOT for your cat.
BVM&S MSc Adv (Open) MRCVS
Laura graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 1999 with a degree in Veterinary Medicine and has worked in first opinion small animal practice, more recently in emergency and critical care. Now, as the Group Quality Improvement Director at IVC Evidensia, she’s on a mission to transform care delivery across hundreds of vet practices in the UK. She also serves as Vice Chair of the RCVS Knowledge Quality Improvement Board and holds a Master’s in Advancing Healthcare Practice.
A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Laura is dedicated to creating safer and more accessible workplaces, particularly for neurodivergent individuals. When she’s not working to make a difference in the veterinary world, she’s running, cycling, or enjoying outdoor adventures with her children.
At home, Laura is kept on her toes by Sheba, her mischievous cat whose current hobbies include chewing through wires and shredding carpets.
