Is it different from insurance?
Yes, Pet Health Club is not pet insurance. Our plans focus on proactive, preventative care, covering routine treatments like vaccinations, parasite protection, and health checks to keep your pet healthy long-term. Insurance, on the other hand, covers unexpected illnesses or accidents.
How do I use my benefits?
Simply book an appointment with your local Pet Health Club practice. Your plan benefits are ready to use whenever your pet needs them.
Can I use my health plan at any vet?
No, your health plan is designed to be used exclusively at the vet practice where you signed up. If you are looking to switch practices, we have a nationwide network of over 800 Pet Health Club practices, meaning you’re always close to expert vet care.
What are pet health plans?
Our pet health plans are proactive, preventative care packages tailored to your pet’s needs. Because your pet can’t tell you when something’s wrong, our plans include regular health checks, vaccinations, and parasite treatments to catch potential issues early. They make caring for your pet simple, affordable, and stress-free.
What's the difference between Essential and Plus plans?
Essential plans cover all the key treatments your pet needs, like vaccinations and flea and worm treatments. Plus plans go further, offering unlimited vet consultations, 24/7 access to an online vet, and additional benefits for even greater peace of mind.
Is there a joining fee?
No, there’s no joining fee when you join Pet Health Club. You just pay your monthly plan fee, and that’s it. No hidden costs, no surprises.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Yes, Pet Health Club plans are annual plans which automatically renew each year for successive 12-month periods unless you let us know in advance that you don’t want your plan to renew. We’ll send you a reminder before the renewal date and let you know what to do if you do or don’t want your plan to continue for another year. Our Terms of Sale explain how this works.
