These terms and conditions apply to the “Pet Health Club Plus at the price of Essential for 12 months.” offer (the “Offer”).
The Offer is available at the following participating vet practices only:
- Lime Trees Vets Cat Clinic Cheadle;
- Lime Trees Veterinary Hospital Meir Park;
- Leonard Brothers Vets Nantwich;
- Leonard Brothers Vets Whitchurch; and
- Leonard Brothers Vets Wistaston.
The Offer allows new clients to enrol in the Pet Health Club Plus plan at the price of Pet Health Club Essential for the first twelve (12) consecutive months of membership.
This Offer begins on 23/03/26 at 00:01 and ends on 23/06/26 at 23:59 (the “End Point”). To be eligible, you must be a new customer and register your pet before the End Point.
The Offer is available only to clients of the relevant participating vet practice with either (i) new pets which have not been registered with the practice or (ii) pets which have not been registered with the practice within the last two years, in each case prior to participating in the Offer.
This Offer applies to cat and dog Pet Health Club Plus plans.
To redeem the offer, you must sign up to a Pet Health Club Plus plan through our online website checkout. The Offer is not available when registering for a Pet Health Club Plus plan in veterinary practice.
If IVC deem the Offer to be abused in any way we reserve the right to discontinue your discount and collect full payment.
A customer may only redeem the Offer once. The Offer shall not apply to multiple subscriptions held by the same customer.
IVC reserves the right to withdraw, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Offer at any time. IVC (including its affiliates) shall not be liable for any losses (whether financial or otherwise) arising out of the refusal, cancellation, suspension or withdrawal of the Offer or for any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of the Offer for any reason.
All Pet Health Club plans are subject to the Pet Health Club Terms of Subscription. Plans automatically renew each year at the full subscription price and charges will continue to apply, unless cancelled.
This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Offer only applies to Pet Health Club and does not apply to Equine Health Plans or other health plans offered by IVC practices.

If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Offer in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Offer in either the Northern Irish or the English Courts.
