Exclusive pet insurance from Animal Friends Insurance for IVC clients – One month free for IVC veterinary practice clients or one month free plus 20% discount for Pet Health Club Members.
1. Joint Promoters and Definitions
1.1 Each offer is jointly promoted by (a) Animal Friends Insurance Services Limited (trading as “Animal Friends Insurance”), registered in England and Wales (Company No. 3630812), authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No. 307858), registered office: Animal Friends House, 1 The Crescent, Sun Rise Way, Amesbury, Wiltshire SP4 7QA, and (b) Inspiring Vet Care Limited (“IVC”), registered in England and Wales (Company No. 07746795), registered office: The Chocolate Factory, Keynsham, Bristol, BS31 2AU.
1.2 In these Terms and Conditions: (a) “we”, “us”, or “our” refers collectively to Animal Friends Insurance and IVC in our capacity as joint promoters of this offer. (b) “you” or “your” means anyone eligible for this offer.
2. Offer Details
2.1 These offers apply exclusively to the Animal Friends Pet Insurance Policies that have been specifically designed for IVC clients cats, dogs and rabbits and are accessible solely via the dedicated AFI introduction link.
2.2 If you are an eligible Pet Health Club Member, you will receive: (a) 20% off the first year’s premium on a new Animal Friends Pet Insurance Policy. The 20% discount will also apply to each subsequent annual renewal term, provided your Pet Health Club subscription and Animal Friends insurance policy remains active and the offer continues to be available at the time of renewal; and (b) Your first month’s insurance premium for free.
2.3 If you are an eligible client of an IVC veterinary practice but you are not a Pet Health Club member, you won’t be eligible for the 20% discount but you will receive your first month’s insurance premium for free when you purchase the Animal Friends Pet Insurance Policy.
2.4 To access these offers, contact your local IVC veterinary practice. If you are eligible for an offer, the practice will share your details with Animal Friends Insurance. Animal Friends Insurance will send a valid introduction link to your email address and/or your mobile phone, for you to receive your quote and take out your policy. Introduction links are only valid for 30 days from date of receipt.
2.5 Only dog, cat and rabbit insurance policies accessed and purchased through a valid introduction link provided by Animal Friends Insurance (as above) are eligible for the offers.
2.6 All policies are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the Animal Friends Pet Insurance Policy you choose.
3. Eligibility
3.1 To qualify you must: (a) live in the UK; (b) be over 18 years of age; (c) be a registered client of an IVC veterinary practice in respect of the cat, dog or rabbit you wish to be covered by the Animal Friends Pet Insurance Policy; (d) satisfy the eligibility requirements of the Animal Friends Pet Insurance Policy; and to qualify for the 20% discount, the pet you wish to be covered by the Animal Friends Pet Insurance Policy must be the pet named on your Pet Health Club Plan.
4. Exclusions
4.1 The offers are only available in relation to the Animal Friends Pet Insurance Policies purchased through a valid introduction link provided by Animal Friends Insurance and do not apply to any other insurance policies distributed by Animal Friends Insurance.
4.2 The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
4.3 The one month free applies to new Animal Friends Pet Insurance Policies only and will not apply to renewals.
4.4 The 20% discount will only apply to each annual renewal term, if your Pet Health Club subscription and Animal Friends Pet Insurance Policy remain active and the offer continues to be available at the time of renewal of the relevant insurance policy.
4.5 The 20% discount applies only to the insurance premium and does not cover any other charges.
4.6 The offers cannot be applied retrospectively to policies purchased before the offer was redeemed.
5. Data Protection
5.1 By participating in an offer, you agree that your personal data may be shared between Animal Friends Insurance and IVC for the purpose of administering the promotion. 6. General

6.2 To the extent permitted by law, the promoters are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you in connection with the promotion.
6.3 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the promoters may, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the offer.
6.4 The promoters will take all reasonable measures to identify and decline fraudulent purchases; this includes but is not limited to; matching customer details to public platforms where we have been made aware of the publication of materials attempting to defraud or gamify our promotions.
6.5 The promoters reserve the right to cancel this promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time, with reasonable notice.
6.6 Inspiring Vet Care Limited is an introducer appointed representative of Animal Friends® Insurance. 6.7 These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any participants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this in the courts of England and Wales exclusively, unless they live in Scotland, in which case they can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish courts or the courts of England and Wales.
