This is a lovely, very welcoming veterinary surgery and we always get the impression the staff care about the animals a great deal. The reception area has a special section just for cats which is great as our cat gets very nervous going to the vets. The nurses and vets we have seen so far have all been lovely, and very thorough during the examinations. We are members of the Pet Health Club which is great and means our cat gets regular check-ups providing peace of mind. I’ve used two vet practices in Bristol and this is, by far, the nicest.

It was our first time there, taking our rescue cat for vaccination booster. Waiting room was quiet with a designated cat area. We were seen on time by a friendly vet who was calming to the cat and informative for us. She made the whole process far less stressful than I expected.

These guys are so great. My 10 month old kitten had an accident and ended up needing surgery and Zetland have been amazing so far. I don’t have insurance and they made sure I had other cheaper options available. They’re also clearly very caring and understanding of your needs as an owner. I was in tears and a bit of a mess when I brought him in and I was instantly offered a private room while I waited to see how he was doing. 10/10 would recommend them.
