I've been using Backwell Veterinary Practice for about 20 years. Sue and her staff have always been very helpful and professional. Showing patience and compassion when very hard decisions had to be made. I will be taking the newest addition to my family in to meet her team next week as I wouldn't dream of taking him anywhere else.

The nicest team. So sympathetic and helpful. I recently had to put my dog down after we found out she had cancer and the vets were amazing at guiding me through it. Just a really kind caring group.

There is nothing more I can say but this vets is the best the staff are amazing and care so much. The receptionist are a big 10/10 the vets are great. Actually not great amazing and very understanding and caring. We have a Bruce almighty dog and he has his issues but all the staff know and he behaves for them better than ourselves sometimes. I couldn't recommend another vets as I've been using these vets since the year 2000 and wouldn't even consider any other vets even living now in clevedon . It's worth the drive. If your looking at a great group of vets and caring staff you can't go wrong 👌🫶👌

I have been here 3 times recently with a clients cat. Despite the unusual situation of me just being the "pet taxi" and not the owner, the staff have always been very friendly, kind and professional. They've gone above and beyond their duties, taking the time to call my client and explain everything to her, then also letting me know too. As well as putting up with all my random questions whilst I'm there 😀
