Their pet club recently changed. I don't think it's as good as the old one. The staff are helpful and friendly. They have a gentle handling polocy for cats. All the vets I've seen have been very caring towards my cats. However, it's not a high-end facility. It does have a slightly shabby feel to it. But that doesn't reflect the care my pets have been shown there.
