After recently had our beloved collie Tess put to sleep, just wanted to say how impressed and grateful I was with compassion and care taken from the out of hours receptionist and vet. Also, having collected her ashes this morning with messages, a card and forget me not seeds all presented beautifully, handed over by a different but equally lovely receptionist, helped our sad situation immensely and was very much appreciated. Thankyou to all involved 🌹 🌹

We visited on Monday night as our vets were closed and this vet accepted our dying cat. Euthanasia was performed with great care and attention to our cats needs. Everyone was very supportive, friendly and considerate. They took care of our cat, 'Kit'. Yes, it cost, but it was out of hours and i would do it again for the same love that was given to Kit from them that night. She was 20 years old. We are waiting for her ashes right now. The vet practice also let our usual vet know of Kits demise on our behalf which was kind. Thank you ladies for your love in all of our time of need. Kits passing was peaceful, thanks to you all. 🙏 ❤ 😘
