What pet owners say
My 5 year old Rottweiler has always hated going to the vets. Usually muzzle goes on and she becomes paranoid and anxious. Going from a calm loving 1-100 crazy. This time we were very lucky to have a vet who helped massively. She gave us lots of time to settle and become relaxed at our appointment. She had great knowledge on how to support our dog without a big fight. Even though our dog was not happy with the needle, it was definitely less stressful for us all. A big big thank you to Rayyan Elidimuor. A lady with great understanding of big dogs and patience of a saint. Thank you to the lovely receptionist as well. Such a beautiful team. Very happy dog mum.

These guys are incredible. They’re actually part of a collaborative and we usually go to a more local branch, but the service we received here in particular was OUTSTANDING! We will continue to bring our dog here now even though it’s further to come. We brought our dog in for a castration. The vet (known as ‘Aunty’) took care and time to explain everything to us, made friends with our boy and even asked that they leave the room first before we did so he felt less stressed. The procedure was swift, communication was great, we were given clear instructions on his post care routine and a little goody bag for his recovery. We exchanged a few phone calls and emails with the surgery afterwards about toilet stuff and the state of his stitches (which he’d partially chewed out) and were given comforting and practical advice via the vet and the receptionist/nurse. When he went for his post-op check up we could see what an incredibly neat job had been done. He has healed up beautifully (with his suit on) and we feel he truly got the best care at this practice. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks so much.

Been with wood street vets for over 13 years, all my pets are registered there. They are very kind, helpful, and truly care for every pet. Ozlem has been amazing in all the years I have been with them, I know my pets are well looked after, the follow up calls or any concern are dealt with effectively, all staff at wood street vets do a brilliant job in the best interest for your pet. Thank you x

Extremely informative! Thank you so much to the lovely lady at reception for all your useful advice. And thank you to the vet for a very informative examination of Dylan, and the great advice he gave. We will definitely be trusting Dylan’s care to you.

Excellent service, and very friendly staff. My Italian Greyhound is usually squeamish, but he is perfectly calm at Cockfosters Vet...could be the treats he's getting... Highly recommend
