the staff are very friendly and helpful when asking there advice Penny was in today just to pick up her flea and worming tablets also her weight I did'nt have to pay anything as penny is in the pet health which is good no charge for being in the pet health

Honestly we love it here and so does our boy Bryn, he even gets excited for his check ups! The staff on reception are absolutely wonderful and always make Bryn feel so loved and welcome, which as a rottweiler owner is a delight. Every member of the medical team that we've ever met has been lovely with Bryn and always do a good check over of him. We are lucky to of never had any big health issues or concerns (yet) but I just know they would look after him like their own. 20/10 would recommend
