Skye has no fear or distress when visiting Willow, at both Newport Pagnall or Olney practice. She.loves the care and attention she always receives. I always leave our appointments fully understanding the proposed treatment, and reassured that Sky is receiving the best treatment available.

We have three rescue dogs & a cat, each with their own issues whether behavioural or medical, and each of them is treated with such love and care. The team are all friendly and welcoming however there are four standout members of staff for us, Wendy who is brilliant with our reactive husky, he simply adores her, Gill the kindest vet nurse on the planet, and Bethan who helped us in our hour of need when two of our pets passed away on the same day. Our late cat was on deaths door and Libby went above and beyond to save him and gave him an extra year and a half of happy memories! She’s never afraid to try, we always know if we’re seeing Libby the pets will get amazing care. These four ladies are second to none! 🫶🏼

Arrived early and was taken almost immediately. Lovely kind friendly Vet who listened to my concerns and was very gentle, taking time to put the kittens at their ease, giving them their first vaccinations and health check. I am very happy to recommend and will be returning when necessary.
