Everyone at Willow Vets were absolutely amazing. They really care about you and your pet. I was anxious when I called to try and book an appointment but felt at ease immediately talking to Kathy. She went above and beyond to get me an appointment. I saw two vets (Caroline and Libby) and they were both brilliant and caring. Arrived early and was taken almost immediately. Lovely kind friendly Vet who listened to my concerns and was very gentle, taking time to put the kittens at their ease, giving them their first vaccinations and health check. I am very happy to recommend and will be returning when necessary.
