We took our two hens to see Richard at Newport Pagnell this morning. It was our first visit to Willow Tree & a new experience for them. Richard was exceptional, so knowledgeable & thorough, whilst gently reassuring them whilst they were being examined. The girls were unperturbed & settled straight back into their boxes ready for the journey home. Richard then discussed his findings & probable diagnosis. We were so impressed by his knowledge & the care he took both with reassuring the hens & the detailed information he gave us. The reception staff both on the phone & at our appointment this morning, were friendly & extremely helpful.

Absolutely amazing service from Willow Veterinary in Newport Pagnell. I had been using another vets for years and was never happy about the service they provided. So I decided to make the change and to be completely honest I was blown away with the service, kindness and professionalism of Willow Veterinary. I wished I’d made the change years ago.

I would like to say massive thank you to Willow veterinary practice Olney. We lost our beloved dog Poppy this week and despite us not being registered with them at the time they took Poppy in when she passed, staying open for us and going above and beyond there duty. I know my mum and dad really appreciated this especially at the most difficult time. My mum then received a condolence card and some poppy seeds to plant in the garden. Thank you so much for your compassion and support, apologies for not being able to remember the two names of the lovely members of staff that stayed on to support and help us. Thank you

We brought our dog Dotty down when she wasn't being herself and wasn't getting up at all. Despite not having an appointment Willow Vets fitted us in quickly and carried out a thorough examination of her before providing some pain killers and advice for us to follow over the coming days. This really put us at ease and Dotty recovered within a couple of days. Thanks so much!
