What pet owners say
We have used Willows for over 20 years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have always treated our cats with love and understanding. We had to visit twice recently with our latest rescue cat Alfie and vet Anita was excellent with him, as he quite timid. He is a lot more shy and quiet at the vets than when he is home, he really enjoyed the hug he got from Anita. Big thanks to Anita.

This vets are amazing and compassionate. I have 3 dogs registered with them, one of which, the first of my 3 to go there, was rejected by many vets in Newport pagnell and Milton Keynes. Willow were the only vets who were patient and worked with him to get him the care he needed. Unfortunately, he had to be put to sleep recently, and they once again went above and beyond very understanding of the circumstances and upset we had with such a difficult decision! Such a caring vets who actually care about your pets and not just the money that comes with it! Anita has mainly cared for my dogs, a few others as well, but Anita is an amazing vet and highly recommend her to anyone even if bojangles did give her a hard time! My other two will continue to use willow for years to come, and any future animals I have.

I had originally contacted Richard via email and he kindly addressed my concerns over a few emails, as I was worried about taking my budgie in due to it being a 40 min drive. I then decided to take her as she has a lump and thought it best he was able to examine her properly. Richard was really helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Giving lots of advice. I would definitely recommend him.

This is such a lovely vet practice. Everyone is always friendly and helpful and Richard our vet always goes out of his way to help our very nervous rescue dog feel safe and get the care she needs at her pace. He's practical with his advice and explains things very clearly. You can tell they really genuinely care about every pet that comes in. The online services are great for times when you need a little advice but don't want to tie up the phone line with something non urgent and the ability to book routine visits online is wonderful! I can't recommend them and especially Richard enough. She's come such a long way and having a caring supportive vet is crucial for her improvement.
