Switched to White Cross Vets in January 2026 and wish i had done it sooner. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond to help make Lola feel at ease. We've seen the same vet for most of Lolas appointments so theres real continuity of care. Would highly recommend White Cross Vets 👍🐶

Always helpful and friendly on my frequent visits to the vet with Lucy cat. It has helped with finances to sign up to the pet plan and staff always let me know the best times to make appointments to ensure I get maximum use out of it. Always accommodating with fitting us in with appointments at short notice. Can't fault the service I've received from phoning, dealing with reception and the vets and nurses, thank you!

Just to say thanks to Fraser the Vet, nurses and reception staff for doing their best for our little sensitive Persian cat, Bettie. I trust Fraser’s judgment and skills, the nurses (sorry , forgot names!) seem very caring, and reception staff (Jackie and team) managed to make time to squeeze us in last minute for problems.
