Whitecross vets have your pet at heart they genuinely care about your pet. Bonnie who examined harmony was very thorough she explained everything very clearly and what the mecy procedure would be. We left whitecross some months ago due to there was a vets nearest to our home. We were not happy with this new vet's who we felt didn't seem to interested in harmony. So we returned to whitecross because they genuinely care and their price are far.

The whole team at Whitecross are just fabulous. Bonnie the vet has been monitoring a lump on my dog, and with a new incredible scanning machine now available she’s had a great positive result from the scan. Prices are always clearly given by Bonnie as are the options that are always clearly explained. Can’t recommend Whitecross in Tividale highly enough

We've been using White Cross Tividale since 2020. They always put the welfare of our pets at the centre of every discussion and decision and seem to genuinely care about them. Having had the opposite experience elsewhere, which led to us coming here. Right from the very first phone-call in 2020, when I rang and asked if they were accepting new patients and, if they were, how soon after registering could we could see a vet. The immediate reply I got was not a policy-driven answer about registration processes and timeframes, it was simply "what's going on?". After I explained the situation, the next thing I heard was "right, we'll get him in to see the vet ASAP, then we'll worry about paperwork and getting you registered". We really appreciate this about them. There have been times (not many!) over the years when our appointment has been delayed because of an emergency. As soon as any of their staff start to apologise for the wait I always respond "Please do not apologise, we know you would prioritise us even if that meant making other wait for their routine appointment if our pet was the emergency. It's why we bring them to you." That's the sort of vet practice this is. Welfare first, everything else can wait.

Amazing service. Sadly can't remember the name of the vet or receptionist, but both were incredibly friendly, got great advice for our new kitten. It was spotless! Felt like a very safe environment. Clear instructions with medication too, absolutely recommend!
