We live opposite a vet practise & had bad experiences so we drive to Whitecross now.They are professional, not Pushing you into anything & all staff are friendly. I want to thank the staff for their help and reassurance when our cat Daisy caught and killed a rat.I rang them at 6.45 at night for advice the person I spoke to was very helpful and he advised me what to do ,I don't know his name but ge was on reception the next day when we took Daisy in fir a,check up and worming. The veterinary nurse was also lovely and give Daisy a good check up and made a fuss of her.
