We have been bringing Lenny to White Cross since he was 8 weeks old. From the moment he toddles into reception, he (and we!) receive the warmest welcome. Beth and Laura have gone above and beyond to ensure he’s been checked thoroughly at every appointment and that every possible treatment option (including costs) is explained to us. My dog was spayed here today and i cannot stress enough how amazing each person was there! They were so good with her and understood she was anxious they took there time and listened to any questions i had. Theu put my mind at rest and i left knowing my dog was in safe hands! Shes been fab since getting home wouldnt think she had surgery just a few hours before. I have an xl bully and it was heartwarming to see her welcomed and treated just lile any other dog. THANKYOU SO MUCH !
