Cute Muffin
Had both my pooches on their pet plans for 10 yrs, complete value for money, unlimited consultations included which proved invaluable in itself. All staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, kind & compassionate. Unfortunately we lost both to cancer at the beginning of 2026, and they had to be euthanised. The staff were all very upset, and had a lot of empathy. They gave them the best send off possible and I wouldn’t go to any other vets! They are simply brilliant!!! 🤩👌🏻

White Cross is our local vets, but I know a lot of people pass numerous other practices to come here and with good reason. They are always so helpful and polite. The vets, nurses and reception staff all clearly have a love for their job and animals. We have our dog and cat registered here and have never left disappointed with the service. Our cat is an old man now and they treat him with care and compassion that is appropriate to his age, rather than just recommending things that wouldn’t really help him long term, where the stress of the treatment outweighs the positive compact it would have on his life.

Whitecross Vets are always helpful, friendly and professional. We have 2 dogs and Whitecross are very supportive with both our dogs needs. One of them is a little reactive with other dogs so they accommodate this when he has to visit the vets. I would recommend Whitecross to all my friends. Thank you.

Very grateful to this vet who treated my fur baby on a bank holiday when my usual vet was closed. He was thorough and asked a lot of questions about my cat before he treated him. I arrived feeling very anxious about a cut on his head and noticeable swelling across his head and nose. I left feeling reassured and no pressure for a revisit to him. If I lived closer to this surgery I would consider using them all the time.
