What pet owners say
Always get to see the same vet on request which I find so important as you and the vet will get to know not only you but your pet too. I find by doing this as well you both get a better idea of your pet and Sam is amazing as is Emily as we will always agree what is the best way to go. Even if I choose for example that an op is out of the question they would say I think that’s the right way to go or if it isn’t we will discuss it before we make the right decision for my dog. I would be absolutely lost without them.

19/05/26 Took my 4 year old cat Millie to have claws clipped and flea/ worming treatment applied. The vet nurse was lovely with her. The reception/waiting room is spotlessly clean, staff very helpful, and I like the dedicated quiet area for cats. Highly recommend

It was my first visit to the vets. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable by the reception staff. Whilst with the vet I felt very confident that my cat was in good hands. Any concerns I had were listened to and answered promptly and professionally.

Since their opening in November, I have had 3 occasions to visit White Cross Vets In Stanningley and each time have been very impressed by their professionalism and standards of care. Everyone I came into contact with was kind and supportive and did everything possible to try to help our visit less stressful when Oscar my dog was rushed in and was found to need emergency surgery for Bloat, (GDV). Special mention goes to vets Rebecca and Francisco who acted calmly and swiftly, assisted by one of their nurses (sorry I don’t have her name but she was there on the opening day) The clinic itself is lovely and new with state of the art equipment and I would definitely recommend them.

This is one of the best vet surgery I have been to. From when you first walk through the door til you leave. The girls on reception are friendly and polite the waiting areas are clean with special areas for worried scared pets, water literature a selection of toys and food which you can purchase. Whether you are seeing a nurse or a vet they welcome your pets like one of the family and are extremely knowledgeable. I never feel hurried and I always leave knowing my babies have had the best treatment and the best care and advice possible. They offer a pet plan Which helps with costs. I would recommend this surgery to anyone with any type of a pet I’ve have 2 cats and 1 dog and have used this vets for many ailments and I’ve always walked away happy
