What pet owners say
We had Izzy our dog spayed here recently, she had her ten day check this Saturday morning and was signed off. It is the first time that we have used White Cross, after our regular Vet of forty years recently retired. White Cross will certainly be my place of choice in the future and I highly recommend them. From start to finish we received an impeccable professional and friendly service.

Lovely White Cross Vets and far superior to our previous practice. Friendly staff, a nice practice and minimal wait times. Highly recommended

I can’t recommend the Guiseley practice highly enough - everyone is super friendly &. welcoming, and very supportive with any issue big or small. We moved here from our old practice which we became very unhappy with, and we are so glad we did!

I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while now!! I honestly don’t know how else to describe White Cross Vets other than amazing. Each and every staff member wether that be Vets, Nurses or Receptionists, are absolutely brilliant. They all have such a kind and caring nature and it just makes the entire experience at WCV so lovley. You are always greeted with a smile, no matter how busy it can be sometimes. Skye has seen pretty much everyone who works at White Cross Vets I think🤣 and they have given her the most amazing, high standard of care every single visit. I literally couldn’t have asked for better people to take care of my little baby. Everyone truly has gone above and beyond to help Skye. When your pet is poorly, if you’re anything like me and they are your absolute world, then it’s just the hardest, most worrying thing ever. However, each an every staff member just have so much love to give to all the animals that enter their practice that it instantly reduces that fear and panic. They all absolutely love Skye and I love that they are so kind and gentle with her and that they never make you feel silly for asking lots of questions or for worrying. They are always so quick to get you an appointment and really do look after you and your pet. Skye has seen Rachel a lot recently and she really is lovley and thoroughly checks Skye, reassuring me in the process. She always looks after Skye and is so patient and caring with her. Skye absolutely LOVES Erena and I’m certain Skye has stolen a piece of her heart too🩷 I wouldn’t take Skye anywhere else. We appreciate you not giving up on her when she was really really poorly and for everything you have done and continue to do for us. You have been nothing but perfect. Thank you so much to you all for what you do for our fur babies, your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed🩷 From, Becca and Skye 🐾

A massive thank you the white cross vets We took our dogs there for years but moved from the area Chester our cockerpoo has been really ill recently and was running up a massive bill at our new vets We weren't happy with how he wasnt improving for what was diagnosed as a stomach problem We decided to contact white Cross and asked if Tom could take a look and give us a second opinion They squeezed us in the next day Tom listened to what we had to say before taking a look Within 1 a minute he had worked out Chester had a back issue He offered to have us referred to a specialist Within 1hr we were contacted and booked in for the next day Chester goes in today for a scan and straight in for the op once they know whats required It saddens me Chester has had to suffer for a couple of weeks before the issue was found Thankfully down to the great work of Tom and the team we should get him sorted soon A massive thank you from us all to everyone at white cross vets You are the best!
