First experience since moving into the area. Cannot fault the White Cross Veterinary surgery in Guiseley. From booking to appointment everything went smoothly. Everything was explained fully that was involved in the first check and get to know your pets. The vet we met was fantastic went through everything. Explaining everything fully. Giving all options available, breaking down all prices no hidden costs for potential future treatments. Discussed my insurance policy and how it would work in line with various treatments more than likely. He listened too to me about each of my individual dogs which was nice we weren’t rushed. The girls were at ease. They were treated with care. Reception staff were super helpful too. Fully explained all available health care plans. Have set in motion getting all the info my insurer requires. Probably the best vets we have been to in fairness.

The team at White Cross are brilliant . Each time I have had to bring my dog in at short notice , they’ve been accommodating , super helpful and stopped me from worrying . Lucy the coordinator was great on my last visit as was the lovely vet who checked and treated our dog.
