Can't go wrong taking your pets here. Lovely staff. Receptionists are very helpful and actually show real concern. Vet are always genuine concerned and talk you through all processes .Gave me more time with my dog by offering all options. I am truly thankful massive thank you to all.

I have always taken my dog to white cross vets, as all the staff there from when you walk in to when you are leaving are so friendly and always polite. They make it a warm and friendly atmosphere for all the dogs and owners.

Over the last few months we’ve unfortunately had to put both of our senior cats down. We had transferred from another vets after not a very good experience. Every single member of the team we have dealt with have been kind and compassionate. Each time we have never been rushed and allowed to spend as much time needed with our pets. They made two difficult experiences that little bit easier and I thank them for that. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I recently had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, Holly, after 14 years. The kindness, compassion, and dignity shown by the whole team at White Cross meant the world to me at such a heartbreaking time. They treated Holly with such care, and supported me through every step. A few days later they saw my other cat Fearne for a check up and were just as gentle and reassuring. Truly grateful for the whole team who care so deeply, I feel lucky to have them looking after Fearne for the future. Thank you all for your kindness during a very sad time.
