The registration process was seamless, and the reception team was exceptionally kind and efficient, facilitating an appointment within just a few hours. I was under the care of Dr. Peter, whose approach was outstanding. He was patient, empathetic, and highly collaborative, ensuring I felt included in every step of the decision-making process. Given the nature of the injury and the complex welfare context involved, we collectively decided that euthanasia was the most compassionate option. Dr. Peter handled the situation with profound sensitivity and support, ensuring the process felt entirely unhurried and free from pressure. I am incredibly grateful for the high standard of care provided during such a difficult time

Very knowledgeable vet (Peter) with a very lively calm manner. My appointment was on time (unlike other local vet’s who keep you waiting half an hour) clean and modern surroundings and very friendly receptionist. Also much cheaper than other vets per visit plus a payment plan that gives you free consultations! Absolutely amazing I’m so glad I switched 😄

It was our first time using white cross vets, we were very impressed. Greg the vet made our dog Elsie so much at ease, she is very nervous but Greg put her at ease. She had her vaccination, anal glands and nails clipped which all went smoothly. So all in all happy dog, happy dog parents! We would definitely recommend!

The vet we saw at this practice was very knowledgeable when we visited with my granddaughters budgie. We received a very professional and friendly service. The vet gave the budgie a thorough examination and then gave us options for her treatment. He also gave us some excellent advice on food and general care for our budgie. I would definitely recommend this vet.
