What pet owners say
We had a really positive experience (despite the actual reason of being there with grass seeds) our normal vets couldn’t fit our dog in and we managed to get seen the same day. The staff were really friendly and explained everything thoroughly with care towards us and our pet! Highly recommended!

Brilliant Vets who go the extra mile to ensure your pets are cared for in a stress free environment. From the vets to the nurses everyone is professional & friendly and it’s clear to see all absolutely love animals so what more could you ask for. The monthly pet care plan is also superb value

The staff at white cross are amazing, they have been professional and caring and have treated my fury baby with kindness and compassion and made him feel as comfortable as possible while he healed after a fall. The home care visits were carried out to allow less stress on my little Fomo and I am truly grateful to the care the veterinary nurse has provided. Thank you 🩵💙

Took my cats Snow and Reign to the vets today for their vaccines and it was the best experience. On entering the vets, you are greeted by the lovely receptionists who made you and your animals feel welcome. Then you are told to take a seat and wait, but whilst waiting I observed their interaction with other pet owners and it was so warm and welcoming. Because it was my first visit I didn’t realise that I had sat in the dog’s waiting area but I soon realised and quickly took myself, my daughter and my cats to their allocated waiting area 🤣🤣🤣. We were soon greeted by our lovely vet, she was so pleasant, kind and caring towards my cats. Her demeanour quickly put them at ease so she could do her job . Vaccines were administered quickly and swiftly without any fuss and cats were back in their carriers, bill paid and before you know it we were back home with some happy felines. I would highly recommend this vet based off my experience. Looking forward to more happy visits. Thanks to everyone at Whitecross vets.

Been coming for years now with our Bedlington, Bella. Unfortunately our girl has a long list of on-going health issues so we visit often. The reception team are always incredibly welcoming and helpful, in person and on the phone, and the vets are patient, knowledgeable and understanding. Big thank you to Sam and Jen in particular who have provided the majority of our girl's care for the last year. Thank you all!
