A great practice. After several issues with our dog, the staff at white cross have not only nursed him back to health, but have also been very patient with him. A young and boisterous Berner is not the easiest patient. You’ve all been so friendly, that despite so many unpleasant appointments in a very short period of time, Atlas is still more than happy to go to the vets.

Can't recommend white Cross vets in Alveston enough, from a warm welcome as you step in the door ,they treat Dolly the sausage dog as if she was there own and treat every situation with care and the up most respect when people are having to say goodbye to their beloved pet ,all vets should take s leaf out of the white Cross vets i pay a monthly fee and Dolly gets her jabs nail trim, tablets and discounts on other things its such a brilliant idea and peace of mind ,they even send you reminders of any jabs or medication Dolly is due ,Dolly had gunky eyes in March 2025 I phoned on the Saturday at 8.30 ,she was seen at 9.45 that same day,they checked her eyes ,put dye in to make sure there was no damage, given cream for her conjunctivitis (we had taken her to thr beach for the first time in her life and it was probablythe sand ,Dolly is a rehome ),a cuddle and a treat and wagging tail as we left ,the cream worked a treat and I paid a lot less than I was expecting, I really can't recommend the white Cross at Alveston enough. Mandi lilly rose, and Dolly the sausage dog 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

I have always used this vetinary service for about 15 years now. We have the petplan and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pets because they have everything they need!! The staff are really gentle with your pets and they understand how important they are to us!! They handle with care too. It's not too difficult to get them booked in if they need checking over and they always give the best advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
