Can't recommend white Cross vets in Alveston enough, from a warm welcome as you step in the door ,they treat Dolly the sausage dog as if she was there own and treat every situation with care and the up most respect when people are having to say goodbye to their beloved pet ,all vets should take s leaf out of the white Cross vets i pay a monthly fee and Dolly gets her jabs nail trim, tablets and discounts on other things its such a brilliant idea and peace of mind ,they even send you reminders of any jabs or medication Dolly is due ,Dolly had gunky eyes in March 2025 I phoned on the Saturday at 8.30 ,she was seen at 9.45 that same day,they checked her eyes ,put dye in to make sure there was no damage, given cream for her conjunctivitis (we had taken her to thr beach for the first time in her life and it was probablythe sand ,Dolly is a rehome ),a cuddle and a treat and wagging tail as we left ,the cream worked a treat and I paid a lot less than I was expecting, I really can't recommend the white Cross at Alveston enough. All the staff are super helpful and supportive, and the vets are amazing. I genuinely wouldn’t ever go to another vets. The wellness plan is a life saver as well, a monthly plan that covers the cost of all vets visits. Unfortunately we’ve had to use this way more than expected with one of our dogs, but it’s probably saved us thousands of ponds. I can’t recommend white cross in Alvaston highly enough.

Exceptional customer service. After a frantic call to the vets for our poorly cat we were seen straight away. Although the outcome was not good and the worst imaginable ending, our feelings as a family were taken into consideration, the compassion shown could not be faulted from the nurses through to the Vet. Time was given, excellent explanation, but above all the empathy for our situation was above and beyond. Thank you.

Took my baby for a spay using cats protection voucher and felt some embarrassment , but they were so lovely , didn’t make me feel shamed for using the voucher and just wanted the best for my cat. Even gave us an after care package with some gentle tummy food. Great customer service and care for my baby. Will go here again without a doubt
