Absolutely wonderful vet and a lovely team. Aneta has been incredibly kind, caring and professional with my elderly dog, Star. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly and treats Star with so much gentleness and compassion. Having a senior dog can be worrying, and it means so much to have a vet I genuinely trust and feel comfortable turning to when something isn’t right. You can tell Aneta truly cares about the animals she looks after. I also want to mention the lovely receptionist, who is always so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Having someone kind and reassuring at the other end of the phone, especially when you’re worried about your pet, really makes a difference. A genuinely caring and professional team. I couldn’t recommend Aneta and the practice highly enough. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my little Star. ❤️🐾

Very kind and efficient staff, who were really sympathetic and accommodating when I thought I had lost my cat and could not bring her to her appointment. My cat is always treated with great consideration and her treatment is discussed carefully with me. Additionally, the premises are immaculately clean and comfortable - inspiring confidence - and it's really easy to park. I would thoroughly recommend White Cliffs.

For three years we have had our Peggy our badly treated abused chocolate Labrador. In our last vets it was a struggle to get her past the front door but with whits cliff it is a totally different experience. At this surgery they take the time to read up about their next appointment and know how to approach Peggy we always request a female vet but this time Conrad called us in. I needn’t have worried he was amazing with her. Vets bills are expensive we know but when you love your pet take them to the white cliff veterinary practice and they will do the very best for your pet.

Fantastic vets and the dog really like it. Been using them years and cant fault them. Recently they have been fantastic for our poorly cat and are open to various treatment options, o e of the best places to treat your pet. Cat photo of him in his youth!! An update about our experience Aneta the Vet has been a real help With our cats advancing kidney disease always listens and agrees a treatment plan that is very affordable and in Rufus best interest, recently our Dog had extended radiotherapy at a specialists vets and goes to Aneta for her checks, always friendly and Indy really likes her, no doubt helped by the treats!!. I cant fault the vets Aneta or Caterina and a fantastic place for your animals,

The staff are all really lovely. The reception area is always quiet and stress free. The appointments are on time and you can book online. Our rescue lurcher, Sean, is very friendly and loves going to the vet’s. He goes round and greets each member of staff and they give him a fuss. I can highly recommend this practice.
