We had to take one of our cats for an emergency appointment this week and the nurse we saw was very good. We were very worried and upset as he’s an elderly cat, but she thoroughly explained everything that she was doing, very much putting our minds at rest, diagnosing him promptly and discussing next steps. Thank you again, prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

I was newly registered and then suddenly had an emergency with my Siamese kitten but no appointment. I went in and a nurse saw her straight away and began a 24 hour battle to get her temperature down. Everyone was so friendly - vet, nurse and receptionist!! Thank you
