We joined this vet this year and the service so far has been excellent. The staff are always really friendly and polite and they put our dog at ease whenever we visit. He had an operation recently and it all went smoothly. They kept us up to date with how he was doing as we were anxious about him and booked all his aftercare in for us.

Took us a while to find a perfect vet practice after changing a few times. But we found a treasure here at Westwood and are very lucky to have such a wonderful team looking after our Chewy Louie !!! Also, Can’t recommend the pet club here enough, It brings peace of mind when needing a consultation, if moneys a bit tight and you get a good package for the monthly payments 🐶🐶🐶

Saying goodbye to our beloved dog, Lola, was one of the hardest moments for our family. The entire team showed such kindness, understanding, and genuine compassion during this incredibly painful time. They treated Lola with dignity and gave us the space and support we needed to say our goodbyes. Although this was an awful process to go through, the staff made it as gentle and comforting as it possibly could be. We are truly grateful for their empathy and care Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕
