I have been with this practice for around 13 years and wouldn’t trust my cats’ care to anyone else. Everyone is approachable, professional and genuinely cares about the animals they look after. The clinic is always spotless and well maintained, and I particularly appreciate that there is a separate cat clinic, which helps keep visits as stress-free as possible. Anna is wonderful with cats and always takes the time to put both pets and owners at ease. Michelle’s surgical skills are exceptional, and I have complete confidence in her expertise. Hazel is always such a bright and friendly first voice when you call the practice, and Josh is incredibly helpful with any account queries, the whole team are just fantastic. The Prestwood branch is also incredibly convenient for routine appointments and health checks, meaning my cats don’t have to travel far. The combination of excellent veterinary care, friendly staff and outstanding facilities is why I have remained a loyal client for so many years and highly recommend to all that ask. The only improvement, would be to have their own on-site out of hours. At the moment, out of hours care is at Hampden who are lovely, but it can be far to get to for us in an emergency.

Just fab, we’ve been a client for about 1.5 years. They cannot do enough to help, staff are all lovely, all the vets are amazing. We’ve got a nervous cocker spaniel who’s not a fan of the vets, they do their best to make him feel comfortable and at ease (along with lots of treats). We’ve had a couple of emergency trips with him, and I’ve been booked in within 30 mins. Would highly recommend

Luke was warm, friendly, and compassionate towards my cat who had sustained a bit. He was thorough, informative and was happy to address any questions I asked. Picture of not so impressed cat with his collar

I made an appointment to see Vet Luke with my every ill Staffie bull terrier Coco. I hadn’t met Luke before and was very happy with his bed side manner with Coco. She pees in his rug which I was mortified about but Luke dismissed it lightly . He scanned her abdomin and discovered a mass in her liver / stomach or pancreas , which he showed me on screen . The image wasn’t very clear but alas was there . There was no charge for the scan and I knew I would be going down the palliative route with Coco, there was no pressure from Luke to do otherwise . He administered anti nausea injection and prescribed pain relief. Such a lovely vet with genuine concern for Coco. I felt she was in great hands . A big thank you Luke and Wendover Heights . You made a very difficult visit a lot easier .
