We had an incident with one of our dogs that we had to sort very quickly. This vet was very professional and compassionate. It needed an operation and they were brilliant. Their communication is great also and they were very understanding to all our needs. Our dog Cora is recovering wonderfully thanks to this vet's intervention. I had managed to find out The Vet Madestos was now working at the practice. He had previously looked after many of my dogs so I was pleased when I was able to arrange a consultation with him as I wanted his trusted and professional opinion with regard to a problem with my Dachshund. I was extremely happy with how things were explained and how things should move forward if and when needed The veterinary nurses were very helpful so I came away a very happy dog owner.
