This vet in Worle is incredible. I took my cat named Milly for a booster and the receptionist was so polite, the waiting room was nice and quiet and the vets were kind to me and very gentle to Milly. She did had a little hiss but the vets were scared of nothing and tried to calm her down. What a great vet!

I had an appointment with the vet at Wellpets on 9 April. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful and the vet was very good in discussing with me the needs of my pet and gave very useful information. The surgery was clean and welcoming. I was really happy with my visit and would recommend them to local residents.

I took one of my dogs in as he was quite unwell, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care we received. The reception staff and nurses, as always, were incredibly polite and made such a lovely fuss of him, which really helped put us both at ease. Although the surgery was very busy, the vet took the time to apologise for the wait and immediately showed genuine care and kindness towards my dog. She carried out a very thorough examination and clearly explained the recommended course of action. Unfortunately, the required medication wasn’t in stock, but due to the urgency, the vet went above and beyond by recommending an alternative supplier so my dog could begin treatment straight away. Fantastic service, compassionate staff, and truly dedicated professionals. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Always feel welcome and due to my rescue dog that trusts no man due to her ill treatment with her owner before being rescued by the animal shelter. She is becoming a little more trusting as I introduce her to men, asking them to gentle put their hands out for her to sniff then to gently stroke - It is working and she is becoming more trusting….
