It was fortunately a while that didn’t have to bring in our cats but we’ve seen a few improvements on the Stevenage branch! VERY HAPPY about our experience today! Hannah, Angela and Lucy were amazing! We’ve been looked after since we came in. Hermione ( 🐱) was super chilled with Lucy, her professionalism and care was outstanding and you can see she really loves animals. We only came in for the year vaccination and had a full thorough check up and suggestions for dental care and reassurance on few bits we were worried about. I’m glad to see Stevenage branch raising the bar with such a great team! 5 🌟
