The staff are warm and caring. They are inclusive, friendly, knowledgeable and great with my pets. It's not a pleasant experience taking a pet to the vets. But the staff are always reassuring and you can tell they really care.

Took Sophie this morning, a 19yr old cat, whose health has deteriorated rapidly over the last week or so. The vet was wonderful, evaluation and prognosis determined euthanasia the kindest option. All was dealt with professionalism and respect, thank you.

Time for the annual vacs for a 12 yr old v. small cat, whose life experiences have scarred her. Felt pleased I caught her at first attempt The staff were so gentle with her that she allowed them to treat her with only a little wiggle. Back home, she spent only about 30 minutes in her hiding place, came out to eat and decided that it must be safe to give me a cuddle. Thank you village vets for the continued patient service with cat and owner.
