My dog was quickly seen by a nurse who clearly explained the actions to be taken and the approximate time frame. A consent form was then emailed and texted to me so that treatment could commence immediately. The pricing had been communicated to me and, as it happens, the actual cost was less than the estimate. All in all, Vets Now provided a first class service. Thank you.

Cat came home with injury in evening and we used the after hours service. Very good. Thorough, full explanation, staff very pleasant, the vet was patient and carried out many tests on our cat overnight and made him comfortable with painkillers.
