What pet owners say
Vicky, the vet on duty and reception staff cannot be faulted, they were all I wanted for my cat, Scampi and more, having been thrown into an unexpected situation. They showed compassion, empathy and care and gave me all the information I needed and put me at ease that Scampi would be looked after and have the necessary treatment. Scampi is now making a good recovery having had a back leg removed which was the outcome of his horrible injury and is definitely happier and on the mend. Thank you to the team at Vets Now 😊

The service my dogs and I received was fantastic. I have 2 dogs and they had eaten fruit and nut chocolate and wrappers. They both had injections which made them vomit within 10 minutes. The vet and nurses took them off and brought them back to me within 30 minutes. The total cost was £750. I am not insured and however wonderful the 3 girls are this cost is way too high. Unaffordable in my opinion. There is no choice your dogs die or you use this service.

Good vet care but very expensive. I would give fewer stars but the care is decent and i appreciate the convenience of such a service so close. In my opinion it is cost prohibitive for many pet owners especially those who do not have insurance. Perhaps a review of the fees could be done so people dont have to make the agonising decision between money and their let's health.

Vets Now in Salisbury is for emergency care and I took my dog there late at night after an operation when she wasn’t managing the pain. The staff are genuine, friendly and very reassuring in an emergency. After my visit I called for more advice at 3.30am and the phone was picked up straight away by the vet who treated my dog. It’s very expensive but such an important service.
