Absolutely super experience every time we have this misfortune to visit. My dog had some complicated surgeries and they were fantastic throughout; from the surgeon explaining every detail and answering every question, to the receptionist and finance teams dealing with the insurance claims. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them
