On Sunday my dog had a stick injury. VetsNow were amazing. Vets Maria and Caroline were great with him and me (who was extremely emotional) The nurses (whose names I didn’t catch) were so kind and made me feel so comfortable ❤️ They promptly referred him for surgery at Davies, they were clear about cost and gave me clear options and helped me to guide my decision. Very grateful for this service

Absolutely excellent service from the people on the phone and in the surgery. Kind and friendly receptionist and can't fault the vet I saw (Caroline) as she is my usual and favourite vet at my usual practice. My only problem is the eye-watering out of eye consultation fee. I would expect to pay extra for out of hours, but I think that was over the top. However, I am extremely grateful for the service being there when needed. Definitely recommend them though. Thank you to everyone.
