We had to visit this vets for an emergency appointment and we couldn’t have had a more kind and supportive experience! They gave us lots of advice over the phone before attending for our little doggy & when we arrived we were seen and dealt with super quickly & with such kindness!! All staff members were absolutely amazing, couldn’t fault them at all! Little Dougie is now on the mend!

My 20 month old lab had a pretty severe cut on his paw after walking in the woods. Given it was a Saturday night I had no option to use my usual vets. At the time I was in two minds whether to patch him up and get him through until Monday morning to book him into the local vet. However we decided to use the OOH vets. Managed to get straight through on the phone and was invited down to the clinic immediately. Was told there may be a wait depending on how busy they were. We arrived within half an hour, the vets were expecting us and waiting for us at the door. He was straight in to be seen and diagnosed quickly, the vet openly explained the options we had along with cost implications. He was quickly treated and medication prescribed. All of the staff were accommodating and friendly. Understandably this was an expensive visit but overall, feel we made the correct decision in getting him seen. Would highly recommend if your pet needs quick medical attention.
