What pet owners say
We were able to see the vet straight away so weren't kept waiting. The vet was very gentle when examining our cat. He was very thorough and explained everything so we could understand what was happening, gave us advice about what the next steps might be and recommended we visit our own vets as soon as they opened. He was able to carry out a test on our cat's urine and provided her with an injection to provide her with some temporary relief for her condition. Very happy with the visit and so glad we went. Our vets are investigating things now but she's able to relax a bit now.

What an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G emergency team...Vet Mack & Nurse Mary literally saved our "little man's life in the early and very tragic hours of Thurs night/Friday morning! Mack was so kind and supportive as well as a highly knowledgable Vet...which has not been our experience with other emergency Vets over the years! How lucky are the families and pets whom get Mack & his team at Macclesfield Vets Now practice & hospital, to have them as their regular Veterinary Team/Practice! We arrived late Sunday night with our puppy without realising how sick he was (hemothorax) we was ready to say goodbye to him at 2:30am until the amazing vet figured it out and saved his life, he is now back at home less than 24h later back to his old self like nothing had happened (apart from make us a worried wreck for hours haha) We want to thank everyone who looked after Bruno and especially the vet who saved his life Thank you so much

On Sunday we had an emergency out of the blue with our lovely cat Tabitha. We got her to the out of hours vet and they were so good. Tabitha experienced saddle thrombosis. We know that now but didn’t when it happened. It literally came on within minutes. From nowhere The vet we saw was so kind and gentle with Tabitha and did check out the options and he was very good with us. We were given time to spend with her and not rushed and we felt he did his very best in making her last moments comfortable.
