We took our cat (Bertie) down for an emergency appointment and the sad decision to put him to sleep. The Vet and her team were absolutely fantastic with Bertie. Amazing caring staff. I had no idea vets worked around the clock but I'm so glad they do as my dog had surgery at 1am! Both vets were really patient and caring when examining and treating my whippet and took the time to explain everything in detail which really helped to alleviate our concerns/ worrys. Extremely kind and caring vet. He thoroughly examined Buddy our dog and asked lots of questions before diagnosing him. Professional and made us feel at ease and that he had time for us, unlike some vets who seem to be ushering you out of the door. A true animal lover.

Ezekiel was absolutely incredible! Couldn't ask for a better vet! The reception team absolutely amazing and so welcoming. The new building is a lot better I feel because it's cleaner, brighter it feels safer and happier! Well done Vets now. Just the prices are something that's never to be look forward too.

Very friendly, calming and welcoming staff. They sorted my idiot dog out after he ate something he shouldn't have, talked me through everything they were going to do, and were very reassuring. The person at the front desk was was also lovely, and if the dog does anything stupid again (it won't be long until he does) then I hope I get sent back to that clinic 👍
