What pet owners say
My dog was attacked by another dog and the wound wasn’t picked up by our own vet initially. We found blood on our poor dog a few hours later and we went to vet’s now. We were seen immediately and Tilly was treated very swiftly indeed and also the price for this was reduced because I can only imagine the injury was missed the first time and my little girl had gone through such a traumatic experience. Very happy with the vet and the whole service

We took our cat (Bertie) down for an emergency appointment and the sad decision to put him to sleep. The Vet and her team were absolutely fantastic with Bertie. Treated him so well and respectfully whilst also ensuring we had all the information and time we needed to say our goodbyes and make the necessary decisions without any pressure. Thank you so much for making this difficult time that much easier.

Our cat was experiencing difficulty urinating and we were concerned that surgery might be required. Inevitably, this was close to midnight on a Saturday night. Fortunately, VetsNow answered our call and were able to assist immediately. Upon arrival, we had less than a five minute wait. A very thorough and caring examination followed and the conclusions were comprehensively and considerately discussed. We were given the time and space to ask questions and explore actions and treatment. We were really impressed with the thoroughness and compassion of the interaction. Expensive - yes. Satisfied and relieved - very much so! More than highly recommended.

As an emergency out of hours service it is a life line that you hope you will never need but when and god forbid you do, you cannot be more thankful for it. Cost unfortunately is always the issue when moment's like these arise and I fear that some beloved pet's will not get the use of such a service due to the owners financial circumstances. At an eye watering £300 plus visit, of course if insured this can be particularly reimbursed, My wife and I was very grateful for the Vet that night and couldn't put a price on my dog's comfort and well being, however I feel the Call out fee will put others off using this valuable service in their hour of need. The vet was very professional and to the point and offered multiple solutions with a preferable medication outcome being chosen and thankfully this helped overnight until we got into our local vets the next day to look at a more long term treatment solution. Yes the service is valuable in emergency but I fear not all will be able to use it due to costs and circumstances.

Ezekiel was absolutely incredible! Couldn't ask for a better vet! The reception team absolutely amazing and so welcoming. The new building is a lot better I feel because it's cleaner, brighter it feels safer and happier! Well done Vets now. Just the prices are something that's never to be look forward too.
