Staff were friendly and attentive, explained what procedures they were going to carry out and were very gentle with a very sick dog. The vets inspired confidence and we were happy to leave her in their hands overnight. The only negative was the cost, which was very expensive. I was shocked to find that I had been charged twice for admission and it was explained to me that the admission charge only covered seven hours and the dog was in Vets Now for eleven and a half hours, therefore two admission charges were made although it was only one night.

Fantastic service, went with my aunt when her cat hurt his leg and they were great. They got in touch with her regular vet first thing the following morning and sent a report so they were up to date and ready to go straight away. Just tonight I took an injured starling in to them and they took the poor wee thing, no questions asked, they only needed my name, address and contact number, no problems whatsoever. They gave me a detailed follow up on it's (I named it 'Sammy', suitable name for a boy or girl! I know, I'm a bit weird but I'm fine, really!) condition when I called them, which I was really pleased about it. Overall, I can't fault them, it's good to know that they are there for you in a bind. Staff are all wonderful and very helpful.

The staff are all very friendly, professional and helpful. You can tell they genuinely understand your distress. Olga was great with Poppy which put our minds at rest and Lyndsey from reception was really friendly and helpful. She also made us coffee which was just what we needed. Thank you to the whole team and well done to you all.

The team was great, really friendly and really took care of my dog. Made me feel at ease would recommend them. Plus they were not all about money like most vets, because this was an emergency appointment it cost me 300 pounds and the vet recommended that I get the blood tests for my dog done at his own vets which would be cheaper. It showed they cared about my pup. The vet gave my pup a good going over to check he was doing ok. Could not be happier with the service. 2nd visit on the on the 16/02/2025. Excellent service the vet really took care of my dog he had been violently sick for 10 hours and would not sleep or eat. The Dr gave him an anti sickness jab and after that he settled down to sleep. The next morning he was back to normal eating and doing his zoomies. I can not thank the vet enough and other staff members. The only con I would say is the don't accept cash. My first appointment I could pay cash but it has to be card now.

Vets now have been amazing, I honestly cannot thank the kind staff and really knowledgable vets who seem to really care, very kind and very supportive when me and my cat needed it most. I feel their research into my boys issues were thorough and I felt they really cared about him. Yes it’s expensive like the other reviews say, but I communicated my financial concerns and I felt like I was understood and I felt they supported me the best they could. I’m really pleased with their service, I wish their service was 24 hours.
