What pet owners say
All the staff who took care of our beautiful boy with antifreeze poisoning were wonderful. They were very caring and compassionate to our boy and us and for that we are so very thankful. The charges for treatment and being put to sleep on the other hand were extortionate. I know these charges are out of the hands of the staff and not to blame.

Our dog had an accident whilst on holiday in Hornsea. As it was Saturday all vets were closed. Googled emergency vets and Vets Now in Hull were the nearest. I rang and they said to come straight down. We were seen after a slight wait and had to leave him for treatment. I was told to ring at 11.00pm and was told he would be ready at 12.00. A fantastic service and all the staff were amazing. Would highly recommend.

Brought our cat Billy in for emergency 24hr stay. (15/2/25) Extremely warm and welcoming on arrival. The staff genuinely love and care for your pets, as well as the main points of medicating it’s the small things like making sure they’re comfortable when staying there - warm blankets, pillows for their heads etc. Really couldn’t praise them anymore. Tina, the vet on duty was sympathetic but direct with his prognosis- thank you. Fingers crossed Billy is on road to recovery.
