Despite the vet being rushed off her feet she was amazing, and we were treated so well. Efficiently and kindly. The receptionist was lovely too. Sadly that day both the vet and the receptionist had to deal with complaints and a bit of a disrespectful attitude from another member of the public who wasn't as understanding of the situation (e.g. vet only one working that day so bit of a wait). They were doing their absolute best, being fair, and rushed off their feet. They were amazing under pressure. I can't praise the service enough. Thank you so much for everything.

We got an appointment straight away for our poorly budgie and were seen not long after arrival. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The vet gave good advice and the medication we needed. We would highly recommend Vets Now

Vets Now Hull agreed to see our shih tzu Ben in an night emergency visit and diagnosed immediately that he needed spinal surgery urgently and arranged a referral straight away. At a difficult time, their care was so much appreciated.This veterinary practice is friendly, efficient and helpful and I highly recommend them.

Rushed my little dog into vets now really poorly. Unfortunately he didn’t make it. The team on duty were kind compassionate and caring towards us and our little one throughout the night.
