We were able to go immediately for an out of hours appointment on a Sunday. The consultation was thorough and the vet recognised that our dog Kobe was quite nervous so he took things slowly and gently. Expensive but understand that was probably because it was out of hours. Kobe is recovering now and hopefully he’ll be back to himself soon.

Took my 19 year old cat to Barton lodge because I thought she was having a stroke ( turns out she wasn’t) & was very pleased with the treatment she received. Naomi was lovely towards myself & my cat & put my mind at rest. Recommended different examinations my cat should maybe have but have decided against it as she’s very old now. All in all I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. 👍

Very grateful for the VetsNow service on Sunday morning for my cat with a nasty eye issue. Expected and emergency consult fee, but was all explained and transparent costs. Prompt appointment and great service.
