What pet owners say
Was advised by insurer advice line to take our dog to an emergency vet late on a Sunday night. Called Vets Now at 10pm and saw a vet at 10.45pm. Was sent clear instructions and directions to vet practice. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The vet was thorough and gave us clear options for treatment. Cannot fault the service. Unfortunately the financial cost was very high which is the reason for 4 stars not 5.

Attended the vets as an emergency on Sunday following my dog having 3x seizures within 12 hours. The vet was kind and compassionate, explained options for treatment and provided additional medication. The building itself is clean and comfortable, the reception staff are wonderful and show compassion and care. Be warned that that floor is stupidly slippery, the reception provided a blanket for my dog as she was unable to stand up or walk unaided due to the flooring. This did cause a little distress to my dog.

Hi The service was amazing and the help for my dog was outstanding in an emergency. The only thing I would say is the price for it was way overpriced just for her to be seen £302 when I could not afford it, to be seen should be the same price when you make an appointment , the vets should all be open longer than half day on Saturday. as when you book in around £80 so the rest could of been more affordable for her treatment .

Thank goodness for this place …. My chihuahuas eye prolapsed on Sunday and rang for an emergency appointment we were straight in within half an hour our vet was called Conrad and was fantastic to say the least he explained everything and the procedure and I felt relieved and safe to leave my dog in his hands ,the girls on the desk and nurses were lovely ..the only downfall was it was expensive and had to be paid then and there luckily I have savings . Get insurance for your pet don’t be an idiot like myself …but still a 10 out of 10 for me and thank you x
