Amazing team on Saturday & into Sunday early hours. My dog had an Adder bite. The team were compassionate & looked after my dog & I so well. My girl decided to get unwell just as our regular vet was closing so we were referred to the emergency vet at VetsNow. Despite being busy they were super helpful and kind to us and to our girl. They treated her and gave us lots of tips on how to keep her cool in this scorching weather and gave her lots of love and cuddles. As an anxious first time cat mum I honestly couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you all so much for all of your help 🩷 Pyewacket is doing great now, chilling on her cooling pads in front of her own personal fan which now follows her around the house 😅

We were referred here by our vet out of hours on a bank holiday weekend as my dog had black poo, temperature and weigh loss. We arrived before our vets had managed to call ahead and we received a warm welcome from the receptionist and quick service, seeing the vet with 20 mins of arrival. Our vet was kind, informative and didn’t rush us. Our dog received a full examination and we felt reassured and she is now on the mend. Thank you to all xx
