What pet owners say
We will be forever grateful to Vets Now for the compassion and kindness they showed our beautiful girl, Millie on Sunday. Millie was the gentlest dog- she never barked, and everyone who met her loved her. She adored curling up in a sunny spot and was completely devoted to our daughter. She was already receiving palliative care when her nose suddenly began to haemorrhage and from the very first phone call the team were calm, caring and ready for us. They rushed her straight in and assessed her quickly, but spoke to us with such gentleness when they told us it was time to let her go. We were never rushed. Everything was explained clearly and sensitively, and we were given all the time we needed to sit with her, both before and after. The vet who helped her pass was incredibly compassionate, treating Miliie with such dignity and tenderness. Leaving her there was heartbreaking, but we felt comforted knowing she was safe in their hands and that they would look after her arrangements with care. At the worst moment of our lives, they showed such humanity and we will always be thankful.

Excellent service from the moment I made the call. Very helpful and knowledgeable at the practice and felt in good hands. The staff were wonderful and we were seen promptly. The only downside is the extortion consultation fees and admin charges on top of the drugs. £500+ for my cat to be treated is a lot. Hoping to recoup some from the insurance. On the whole I would definitely recommend

I've just moved my two yorkies to Cedars vets as my old vet became part of the "owned by shareholders" so no longer independent. Also I believe they will be running their own 24 hour out of hours rather than be tied to a third party later in the year. Everyone is friendly, helpful and Millie was really good with my yorkie who has a screaming habit. I feel happy knowing that my dogs will get the care they need from people who do their job for the animals.

Amazing team on Saturday & into Sunday early hours. My dog had an Adder bite. The team were compassionate & looked after my dog & I so well. It was a traumatic 9 hours for my dog & for me but the vets & vet nurses made such a traumatic situation much easier to cope with. Thank you so much. You are all amazing.

On New Year's day 2026 we needed an emergency vet. Our dog had ingested the contents of an inhaler and was struggling to breathe properly. Our usual vet and their emergency back up were unable to help except to suggest a clinic that was over an hour away, so having used VetsNow Farnham a few years ago we rang them and they immediately said they'd see her. Less than 20 minutes drive so far safer than an hour drive to an unknown place. From the minute we arrived they were reassuring and K was seen straight away. They suggested we leave her for observation for a few hours but as soon as we left vet Natalie saw that K had got worse so rang us for permission to keep her in and put her on the necessary meds including IV. We were kept informed throughout everything and our anxious phone calls were always answered in a polite and calm manner which helped us enormously . Natalie [vet]and her team, Dani, [ nurse ]Louise and Emma[animal nursing assistants ] cared for K throughout the night keeping her under close observation until they were satisfied she was stable enough to be allowed to sleep in the kennel area. We were able to collect K early on 2nd Jan. Everything that had happened was described to us and not once did we feel excluded from K's care. Even after a long and hectic shift Natalie took the time to come and talk to us and reassure us. Apparently if we'd got help any later K may not have survived. I am so grateful to this practice and the team for caring for K and safely bringing her through all this and for the caring and compassionate way we were all treated. Thank you !
