A complete stranger found my dog, Max, walking down my road and kindly took him to their local vets in Eastbourne. The vets checked his microchip, contacted me straight away, and kept Max safe and well cared for until I could get there. I picked him up about three hours later, and the staff were absolutely wonderful — so kind, professional, and reassuring. They even refused to charge any kennel fees. Brilliant service. My cat had been injured and was bleeding. We booked in via a phone call and my cat was seen straight away even though they were busy. He stayed in overnight and had stitches. They took great care of him and us. When we picked him up they run through his treatment and aftercare. My cat was happy when we picked him and stressed at all. Thank you everyone for your great care and amazing service. Highly recommend

My rabbit was taken in promptly after a terrible injury, and received kind care and attention by Jess and her team. Thank you for going above and beyond! We are so relieved to have Steve back to his old curious and energetic self. He is recovering very fast.

Required an emergency vet appointment, after dog ate something potentially poisonous at the beach. Predictably my vet was closed and we required the emergency vet. It was super easy to contact them and we were seen immediately. Well, as soon as I could get there from the beach, so pretty quickly. In an out within an hour - v v expensive I hasten to add....*sigh*.....but the peace of mind makes up for it. Vet was super nice and reassuring. Excellent service, thank you. NB: Dog fully recovered....and will henceforth be muzzled at Eastbourne beach.
