The vets were quick on video call sent pics of wound. Recommended vets at pdsa immediately. At the vets they tried to stop the bleeding by cold compress but it transpired he needed surgery or I could have lost him.they were brilliant found the bleed. The staff kept me informed throughout the night. Wonderful staff an vets very friendly helpful and sympathetic. Our cat was very poorly the day after Boxing Day and unfortunately we had to say goodbye to her. Jackie the vet and the nursing staff were absolutely wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for better. What was a terribly sad situation was made easier for us due to their kindness and attention.
