We were greeted by the receptionist and then the vet. The vet took to a comfortable room to explain the care and any procedures they may have to do to our cat. The cat was well looked after and was told he had a comfortable night and all they could do was explained to us. I would recommend this vets to people and how clean the practice was and very caring staff.

They took very good care of my dog after it ate a whole mango and needed to be sick to remove it, which causes him to have seizures, he then went 2 days later to have a endoscopy after eatting something else, again very caring and well looked after, letting me know what was happening.

I had a fantastic experience with the team. The vet was very thorough, very honest and kept me updated throughout my dog’s inpatient stay. The lady on reception showed such kindness and consideration (I was very scared and nervous for my dog who had a suspected blockage), she has really made me feel much better and I really appreciated that a lot. There was a lot of humane and kind interaction.

We brought our 2 month old rat Salt in when he was attacked by our large male. Amy and Rachel were absolutely incredible! We were immediately welcomed in by the team and were seen by the vet Amy very quickly. Amy thoroughly explained our options with risks and benefits and answered all my questions. She was honest about her own experience with rats but was confident the injury was straight forward. Amy stayed in touch via text throughout the night to reassure us that Salt was doing well and when we picked him up we were given full instructions for his ongoing care. He even came home with a bravery certificate which was beyond adorable! Straight after picking him up in the morning, we took 2 of our other rats to our normal vets for their pre-booked castration where our vet had already received and read the notes from Vets now. We used the online portal to complete our payment which was very easy to use. Overall, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the practice, friendliness of the team and the communication with us and also our normal vets. Thank you very much for helping our little boy :)
