Our JRT had sudden liver failure and Vale admitted her quickly, accurately estimated costs, gave amazing advice & care (including, once she came home to be monitored, handover of her details to the on call vet over nights & weekends, should I need advice). From the reception staff, the billing team, the vets and the nurses - everything was seamless, fast, and essentially they saved our dog’s life. I was terrified to take a still very sick dog home, but I had all the info & advice needed, as well as support at the end of the phone. Not only that, Vale have continued to support my own vets with ongoing advice as she recovers. Our dog is our child - she’s our whole world - and Vale treated her as such. What more could you ask for?

I cannot praise Vale Vets highly enough. Without exception the staff were friendly & helpful The premises are spotless.. Molly was treated so well, I think she would have been happy to stay longer. I would definitely recommend Vale Vets.

Our little Ferret Spike took a turn yesterday and despite us not being registered due to moving into the area recently, they didn’t hesitate to help. Additionally, It was nearing the end of their working day and they didn’t charge us loads of money and were really kind and professional throughout the whole ordeal. With the late opening time, friendly and caring staff, there isn’t another vets I’d consider.

First visit here and oh my goodness, what an amazing place. Reception was spotless, bright and airy. We received a very warm welcome by the friendly receptionists, who were all very helpful. Whilst there, a dog passed over the rainbow bridge. The receptionist lit a candle and turned down the lights. How compassionate!! We saw Rose, who is a very kind and caring vet. My dog wasn't anxious and Rose explained everything from cost to treatment. A truly wonderful first experience and a place I'd highly recommend.
