Our JRT had sudden liver failure and Vale admitted her quickly, accurately estimated costs, gave amazing advice & care (including, once she came home to be monitored, handover of her details to the on call vet over nights & weekends, should I need advice). From the reception staff, the billing team, the vets and the nurses - everything was seamless, fast, and essentially they saved our dog’s life. I was terrified to take a still very sick dog home, but I had all the info & advice needed, as well as support at the end of the phone. Not only that, Vale have continued to support my own vets with ongoing advice as she recovers. Our dog is our child - she’s our whole world - and Vale treated her as such. What more could you ask for?

My dog Albert is registered at vale vets and what can I say , the staff are amazing with him , from reception who are kind caring and very professional and always have a smile on their faces , nothing is too much trouble for them. to the vets and nurses who are so good with my dog I can’t vault them. Professional friendly and very knowledgeable in every aspect of care. To my dog . Albert is at ease and relaxed when visiting and the reception staff are always on hand to help when needed to make my dogs visit more relaxed when he’s nervous. Highly recommended vets .

I cannot praise Vale Vets highly enough. Without exception the staff were friendly & helpful The premises are spotless.. Molly was treated so well, I think she would have been happy to stay longer. I would definitely recommend Vale Vets.

I can’t thank the oncology team enough, particularly Fiona and Julia, for the incredible care they gave my dog. From the moment we arrived, they made him feel at ease and calm which was no small feat, given how anxious he can be. They explained everything to me clearly and thoroughly, which made a difficult process so much easier to navigate. What really stood out was their thoughtfulness: they phoned me to collect him early because they could see he was distressed, and I truly appreciated that level of empathy and attention. It’s clear they genuinely care about both their patients and their people. Thank you again for everything.
