Anastasia is one of the best best Vets we have ever encountered. Maggie May is a 14 year-old golden Doodle and is very picky about who she will see. Anastasia always treats her with absolute kindness and professionalism. I would highly recommend her to any of our friends.

Very pleasant appointment for my dogs annual checkup. The receptionists are all lovely, welcoming and friendly ladies. The Vet I saw was also friendly but professional at the same time, and Bella did not react at all when given her injection.

Our JRT had sudden liver failure and Vale admitted her quickly, accurately estimated costs, gave amazing advice & care (including, once she came home to be monitored, handover of her details to the on call vet over nights & weekends, should I need advice). From the reception staff, the billing team, the vets and the nurses - everything was seamless, fast, and essentially they saved our dog’s life. I was terrified to take a still very sick dog home, but I had all the info & advice needed, as well as support at the end of the phone. Not only that, Vale have continued to support my own vets with ongoing advice as she recovers. Our dog is our child - she’s our whole world - and Vale treated her as such. What more could you ask for?
