What pet owners say
Well I honestly feel you saved my pets life today. Yes prices are a bit high. But I’m not complaining when I’m getting the best vet service I’ve had in a long time. I appreciate Also that the vet took time to fully read through the notes and history of my pet that another previous vet sent over. She had a really clear picture of what he’s been through which made it overall easier to know what steps to take immediately to help him now. She was also very kind to stop me when I said I blamed myself for how my pet is. Vet was really good at listening to me. Answered my questions. Never felt rushed. Didn’t pressure me to make any action just explained clearly all options then let me decide. Allowed me to be part of making the best decisions on protocol. Never even mentioned his worse case and never brought negativity into the discussion which other vets tend to do. Just a positive attitude and a let’s heal him mindset. Which is what we needed. Parking is easy here. Building is under shade trees so it’s not hot inside Even when outside weather is hot. Place is kept very clean. It was freshly mopped floors when I arrived at 1pm. All staff was super friendly and helpful. When the bill was over what I had ready to pay, they gave me time to sort out the rest. Kept good attitudes the entire time I was there. Nice selection of medicines and I liked that there were clean blankets in cat area sprayed with that feline pheromone spray that is meant to relax them. There’s a lovely church nearby too that I went to pray in while they had my pet. Nice place to pray for healing and a bible I opened that read the lord honours his loyalty and meekness and he will return home with joy.

Celt House
Our pup has been registered here since we moved into the Newport area back in June '24. Every interaction has been great - they clearly care for the animals, and Bonnie runs TOWARDS the door rather than away from it...must be a good sign!!!
