What pet owners say
Wonderful vets practice. Been a member for 3 years now and seen various vets and all have been super, most recently saw Richard and my dog who is a bit hyperactive really calmed with him. He offered great well balanced advice. The reception staff are also wonderful, always courteous and helpful. They put a candle on the counter when an animal passes for respect so other people don't talk too loudly and have lovely things on the walls. It's a practice that really cares.

“Excellent as always! I took Alma in yesterday and once again received fantastic care from the whole Twickenham vet team. Everyone is so caring, professional, friendly, and welcoming, and they always make both pets and owners feel completely at ease. The team consistently go above and beyond, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure Alma is comfortable and well looked after throughout every visit. I would also highly recommend the Pet Health Club, which has proved invaluable for spreading the cost of routine treatments and check-ups. It really gives peace of mind knowing that so much is included and helps make ongoing care much more manageable. Thank you again to the entire team for your continued kindness, support, and excellent care. Highly recommended!”

I moved to London from Spain and heard that a lot of vets here are money rackets who are owned by corporations that care more about pushing products and procedures on you than about caring for your pet. After having a few first hand experiences of this myself I was so happy to find this veterinary surgery. In the two and a half years I have been coming here my two dogs have been treated with the utmost care. Not once has any product or treatment been pushed on me and each one of the vets has treated my dogs as if they were their own. Gatsby my cocker spaniel is very nervous of vets but as soon as we enter reception he is given a warm welcome by Summer and Lucy who give him a treat and provide additional support which is so invaluable. The whole team here are so kind, professional, and caring and are happy to answer any queries or worries you have thoroughly. I couldn’t recommend this surgery enough.

We found a lump under our puppy’s armpit - turned out to be the left over of a nasty tick and took him straight to the vets who couldn’t have been more helpful - immediately treated it with proscribed medication and he is a happy wee camper again! Brilliant response and care and sorted fast time! 💙

My dog recently had surgery at Twickenham vets and I was extremely impressed with the level of care he received from the clinical team everything was explained to me in thorough detail and I felt confident that he was in very safe hands, his recovery has been speedy and problem free, Wendy who performed the surgery was kind enough to check in with me on his progress which was very kind! I cannot recommend Twickenham vets highly enough the whole team are fantastic! Thank you Twickenham Vets!
