What pet owners say
My usual vet only opens for 4 hours twice a week. I was able to register with Town and Country at 08:30am on a Saturday morning and get an appointment by 13:30pm the same day. The receptionist was very pleasant as were all the staff. The vet explained in full the diagnoses and I did not feel at anytime they were pushy in regards to treatments and explained the costs in full. I did not feel rushed. I found the cost of consultation and treatment very reasonable.

Staff are always friendly and polite. Everything is explained to me prior to starting any treatment. All the staff and consultants always make a fuss of my dog…..which he loves 😀

Excellent practice! Every single person - the receptionist, the nurses, the vets! My GSD is quite anxious at being examined, and does tell the vet off! But everyone is so understanding and patient to him! I am also an anxious parent, and they are also lovely to me! Everything is clearly explained, there is no hard sell, no putting animals through procedures for the sake! Vets are so patient at explaining things, despite how busy, and stressful their role must be - they never project this onto the client. I wish I was an animal and I could receive my medical care from these guys instead of my GP! Special thanks to Zac - if a person was ever born for a job - Zac is! I can see him going far! But hopefully within the same practice! We can’t lose him! And Joe - it was the first time I met him , and he is so lovely! Kind, patient, understanding and the dogs best interest at heart! Thank you all Wendy and Zach
