I've visited this sight multiple times this year for work and always a pleasure.. The staff here are great Emma and Leila looked after me again during my visit today.. putting up the Christmas Decs between customers but still had time for a photo with a couple of regulars to put on the tree.. Excellent care at town and country Blackburn, the staff are all caring and compassionate, After my cat Winston had an accident they saw him straight away, they thoroughly checked him over and reassured me the whole time. Luckily he had a knock and nothing more serious. The receptionist Leila is always bright, happy and welcoming whenever we attended and all our appointments are promptly made before we even leave no waiting around. Love the appointment reminders I get to my mobile as I'm very forgetful. Overall fantastic team 😊

Professional and friendly service. The cat suffered greatly, its limbs were paralyzed and it could not walk. He was thoroughly examined for fractures, given an injection and medication, and felt much better the next day. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.
