My 2 x 1 year old cats were due to have their last jabs, however the night before one of them was suffering with sickness, temp and not acting himself. We had gone to an emergency vet the night before and they alleviated his symptoms. When we came to Towerwood the next day the vet had already examined his record and was swift in offering antibiotics and postponed his last jab until he was better. Also asked if we would ring up the following day to make sure he didn’t deteriorate any further. All the staff are very welcoming and gentle with animals, only ever had a positive experience and it’s always reassuring when they will do whatever they can to make sure your pet is okay 🩷

I'd been looking for a vet practice that would support me raw feeding my dog (not try and convince me to change to kibble!) and these have been excellent. This is our second dog to be registered here, the first we sadly lost to a rare disease 3 years ago, during his diagnosis, his treatment and subsequently our loss, everyone who works there was kind and supportive. Our spaniel is due to be spayed at Green gates next week and although I'm not exactly looking forward to it, I have every confidence things will go smoothly and she'll be running around as normal this time next month! I have nothing but good things to say about them and would recommend in a heartbeat!

Always treated kindly and with care. Bodie was very nervous and the nurse was so patient and loving towards him. She gave me lots of advice about his diet and set up another meeting for me to gain more information. Nothing was too much trouble, we weren't rushed and I felt very relaxed throughout the appointment.

Very friendly staff and also very helpful, went for puppy vaccinations and came put with a lot of advice and a pet plan for my 10 week old puppy. Would highly recommend if you live in the area, staff was friendly and all very helpful, everywhere was clean and pet safe, everybody was super knowledgable when asked questions and will be more than happy to double check things for you if asked. Great experience and everything was quick and simple.
