I took my father's senior cat into the Veterinary Clinic in January 2025 because he had a chronic skin problem. An appointment was booked for later that day. After a short wait (due to the vet operating on another pet) I explained the symptoms & the cat was examined. Immediately, the vet identified the issue & explained how it could be remedied. Within 2 weeks we could see a marked improvement & I continued to administer the medication for a further 2 months. The cat now looks great & is in good health again. I would highly recommend the Veterinary Clinic. The staff are friendly, professional & clearly have the expertise, which is very much needed especially when a pet is ill. A well-deserved 5 stars. My dodgy had two lumps that needed removing. The pre, post surgery was excellent. Explained everything, went through options, were clear on costs and aftercare needed. All appointments were pre booked and compassion was given for this worried dog mom. Thanks to all at Great Barr surgery.

I can not thank all the staff at the vets. They took great care of my dog, who had to go in for dental cleaning and the removal of two of his teeth. They explained everything to me what to expect after as lm a great worrier when it comes to my best buddy. So THANKYOU ALL VERY MUCH FOR UNDERSTANDING.
